Developing Skills and Confidence
Allstar Cheer Progression
Our cheer athletes follow a tiered skill system designed by safety-certified experts. We focus on power, precision, and confidence.

Phase 1: The Foundation (Level 1-2)

Tumbling: Mastering the perfect cartwheel, round-off, and front/back walkovers.

Stunting: Learning "Level 1" load-ins, prep-level stunts, and basic cradles.

Allstar Dance (Flaming Starlettes) Progression
The Flaming Starlettes curriculum balances technical discipline with creative flair. We develop "Triple Threat" performers who own the stage.
